Established in 2007, FAHUZ Support for Vulnerable Groups (FAHUZ-SVG) is a community-based, non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing the economic empowerment and gender equality of vulnerable populations women, girls, GBV survivors, widows, persons with disabilities, youth and children through integrated livelihood, protection and social inclusion programming across all 34 Local Government Areas of Katsina State. With over 1,000 registered members and beneficiaries, FAHUZ-SVG is deeply embedded in community systems and maintains trusted relationships with traditional institutions, religious leaders, financial service providers and development partners.

Mission: Deliver high-quality, community-driven interventions that advance economic empowerment and gender equality for vulnerable populations strengthening women's and youth's economic autonomy, protection and leadership as agents of change.

FAHUZ-SVG is governed by a Board of Trustees and managed by a Coordinator, supported by nine experienced staff with expertise across community health, GBV programming, social mobilization, and monitoring & evaluation.
